ORDERING:
Once you have had an opportunity to review our website, our friendly sales staff is available Monday-Saturday to answer your questions and complete your order. If you are not available to place your order in person, simply call (800)570-4247 to be assisted by one of our trained sales representatives. Order requests can also be made by email at info@wowbeautysupply.com

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM:
Once you are ready to check out, please click on our credit card authorization form to download, print it out, fill out the form and fax or email it to us. FAX: 818-793-5606  Email: info@wowbeautysupply.com

PAYMENT:
We accept most major credit cards and money orders. COD delivery is available in most areas. No personal checks for COD deliveries.

SHIPPING:
WOW Beauty Supply is committed to servicing you in a prompt manner. International shipping may also be arranged. Due to the unique nature of our product we cannot guarantee same day shipping.

CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS:
In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, your billing address must match that of the credit card used for payment. The billing Address is considered the address in which they mail your credit card statement to. If you are unsure what this address is, please check your credit card statement.
Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to help ensure that the person making charges to a credit card is the actual cardholder.
If we have any problems processing your card, we will contact you via email.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. All custom made extensions and wig sales are final. Deposits are required on all custom orders. Due to the unique nature of the product, there is a NO Refunds or Exchanges on the Virgin Hair. Ready-made goods may be exchanged within 14 days of shipping date and must be unopened and in the original packaging. All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.

PRICING:
All prices listed are subject to change. Weights are before blending, wefting, or perming.

LICENSED HAIRDRESSERS:
Licensed hairdressers can receive pricelists & samples of custom work by sending us a copy of the cosmetology license to info@wowbeautysupply.com. Please be sure to include mailing address and contact phone number. When visiting our facility for the first time, we encourage hairdressers to bring a copy of their license to receive additional savings.
